holding my ebony pencil by Pamela E. Mohon

"holding my ebony pencil"
by Pamela E. Mohon

I am
happy happy joy joy
in the soles of my feet
and the tip of my nose
and all the holes
have been filled
in the bucket of my heart
And I need not reach
3.14159 +
feet from my arm
to know that I can
shift the shape of sand
or ignite diamonds in the sky
I am: I am who I am.
